How much of my time does this take?
About an hour a week, and no more than 4 hours a month. You provide the clinical expertise, footage when needed, and consolidated feedback within two business days. We handle the strategy, planning, copywriting, design, video editing, publishing, engagement, and reporting.
How do you keep medical content accurate and compliant?
You stay in control. All medical information and claims are reviewed and approved by qualified healthcare professionals at your practice, and content goes live only after your approval. Patient images, videos, and testimonials are used only with the necessary patient authorizations. Any patient question that needs medical advice or involves sensitive patient information goes to your team, not ours.
How many patients will this bring us?
We won't promise a number. Bookings depend on your local market, your current audience, and your appointment process. What we do is set clear goals, publish consistently, engage with your audience, and use ManyChat to guide interested people toward consultations or appointments. Then we track what we can measure and keep improving the strategy based on performance.
We've worked with an agency before and it didn't work. What's different?
That's understandable. You get one dedicated team (a strategist, a designer, and a video editor) with a single point of contact, a defined strategy before any content is created, a content calendar planned in advance, and a clear approval process. We've specialized in healthcare social media for 5+ years, and the goal is to give you visibility without making you responsible for managing the work.
Couldn't we just hire someone in-house?
You could, and some practices do. Here's what that looks like. A social media manager typically costs $5,000 a month or more in salary alone, before benefits, payroll taxes, and software. But one person can't do everything. Strategy, copywriting, graphic design, video editing, publishing, and community engagement are different skills, so you'd also need a graphic designer and a video editor. U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data puts the median pay for graphic designers at about $63,000 a year and for video editors at about $75,000. That's more than $15,000 a month in salary alone for a full in-house team, plus benefits.
With Verti, you get the whole team (strategist, designer, and video editor) for $3,500 to $3,900 a month.
Pay varies by location and experience. Sources: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Outlook Handbook, median pay May 2025 (graphic designers, film and video editors). Social media manager pay is an industry estimate (Sprout Social, 2026).
Is there a long-term contract?
You can work with us month-to-month. We recommend an initial 90-day period, which gives us time to establish the strategy, publish consistently, review performance, and make informed improvements. There's also a 90-day paid-in-full option that saves $1,200.
What does it cost, and are there extra fees?
Our fully managed service is $3,900 a month, or $3,500 a month when you pay for 90 days upfront ($10,500). Both options include exactly the same service. Requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately and approved by you before any work begins, and you're never charged extra for us to correct our own errors.
Which social media platforms do you manage?
Up to three, chosen with your strategist based on where your patients are. Approved content is shared across your selected platforms, with captions and calls to action adjusted for each one.
